Monthly Product Update | February 2026

February has been another busy month for DJ Teams. While some updates add entirely new capabilities, much of the work this month focused on making everyday workflows smoother, improving communications, and expanding the flexibility of the CRM.

Here’s what’s new.

📊 Powerful New Table Views

One of the biggest improvements this month is the introduction of multiple saved table views across the core CRM areas.

You can now create and switch between different views for:

  • Contacts
  • Leads
  • Bookings
  • Quotes
  • Contracts
  • Questionnaires

Each view can have its own columns, sorting rules and filters, making it much easier to organise your data based on how you work.

For example, you might create:

  • A New Leads view filtered by recent enquiries
  • A Confirmed Bookings view showing only upcoming events
  • A Contracts Awaiting Signature view

Once saved, switching between views is instant, allowing you to move between different workflows without constantly reconfiguring tables.

📣 Campaigns Move Out of Beta

Campaigns are now fully available across DJ Teams.

This release introduces several tools designed to make email campaigns easier to manage and more precise.

Dynamic Audience Lists

You can now create dynamic lists that update automatically based on rules you define. Instead of maintaining static lists, your campaign audiences stay up to date as contacts and leads change.

Launch Campaigns Faster

Campaigns can now be created directly from selected:

  • Contacts
  • Leads
  • Bookings

This makes it much quicker to run targeted outreach to a specific group.

Test Sends Before Launch

You can now send test versions of campaigns to selected email addresses before launching them. This allows you to review the layout, wording and personalisation exactly as recipients will see it.

📧 Smarter Communication Tools

Several improvements have been made to the way emails and communications work inside DJ Teams.

Follow-Up Reminders

When sending an email or logging a call on a contact or lead, you can now create a follow-up reminder automatically.

The reminder is scheduled in business days (defaulting to three) and assigned to you, helping ensure important conversations don’t slip through the cracks.

Better Email Handling

Additional improvements include:

  • Personalisation now supported in email subject lines
  • Ability to resize the email editor when composing emails
  • Easier resending of failed emails
  • Clearer notifications when email delivery fails

🔔 Improved Notifications

Notifications have been refined so that important alerts are now highlighted more clearly inside the app.

You’ll now receive clearer feedback when actions require attention, such as communication failures or important system events.

💼 Library Improvements

The product and package library now supports cost prices, allowing you to store internal cost information alongside the items you offer.

🎨 Email Branding Improvements

Emails sent from DJ Teams now automatically include the logo uploaded in your Brand Settings.

This applies to system emails such as customer portal setup emails and password resets, helping maintain consistent branding across all communication.

🛠 Quality of Life Improvements

A number of smaller improvements were made across the platform to make day-to-day usage smoother. These include refinements to:

  • Public form submission handling and attribution
  • Communication channel settings
  • Bulk updates for lead pipeline stages
  • Various interface consistency improvements

🐛 Reliability Improvements

As part of this month’s updates, we also resolved a range of issues across several areas of the platform including resources, navigation, forms, tables, questionnaires and email tools.

🔮 What’s Coming Next

Work is already underway on several larger features, including:
