From package choice to final balance.
Build your services once, tailor them to each event, and carry pricing information from the initial quote through to the final payment.
Flexible payment schedules
Request a booking deposit, split the remaining price into milestones, or ask for the full balance before the event. Due dates and reminders make the next payment clear to everyone.
When money arrives, the invoice, event, and payment history stay aligned so your team can see which bookings are paid and which still need attention without maintaining a separate spreadsheet.
