🎉 DJ Teams – Monthly Product Update: October 2025
October has been a seriously productive month. Lots of bugs squashed, three brand-new areas added to your main menu, and our email system just got way more flexible with support for IMAP and POP3. Behind the scenes, we’ve also been making questionnaires easier to manage and improving how quickly you can find the things you need.
And, as a bonus… our DJ Teams playlist app has now entered limited beta testing.
Let’s dive in.
💡 Highlights from October
Other Email Types (POP3 & IMAP)
You can now connect “other” mailbox types directly into the CRM, including POP3 and IMAP accounts. This opens the door for a wider range of providers and setups beyond Microsoft and Gmail.
Contracts Page
Contracts now have their own dedicated area in the main menu. It’s much easier to find, manage, and track contract activity without digging through other sections.
Quotes Page
Quotes also graduated into their own main-menu page. Faster access, clearer organisation, and a smoother experience when working through your pipeline.
Questionnaires Page
You’ll now see a standalone Questionnaires page in the menu, keeping your forms and customer responses neatly organised.
🎨 Improvements
View In-Progress Questionnaires
You can now view a questionnaire as soon as a customer starts filling it in, rather than waiting until they submit their final response. Great for keeping an eye on progress or prepping ahead of time.
Better Global Search
Global search now includes contracts and questionnaires, making it easier to jump straight to the thing you need without navigating through menus.
Among several bug fixes as well.
🔬 Beta: DJ Teams Playlist App
Our upcoming DJ Teams playlist companion app has now moved into limited beta. Early testers are already syncing playlists from the CRM straight into their DJ software. More news on this soon.
🔮 What’s Coming in November?
- Financial Improvements – We're already working on lots of new features aimed towards better financial visibility, reporting and tracking.
